We’re breaking tradition and starting here in the kitchen because we can’t help ourselves this time, it’s the homeowners’ favorite room, and has established itself as the heart of the home. Just imagine you already belong and you came in the back door today, right into this kitchen with cherry floors, space to cook and chat and sip coffee and mix smoothies and dance with the chef. We mentioned a bit about the location in our introduction, but let’s really get into it. This home is in Central Tacoma, just across 6th Avenue from the University of Puget Sound, and also a 5 minute drive from the Proctor District and all it has to offer (like groceries, shops, a farmers’ market, bowling alley, movie theater, etc), but is even closer to the 6th Ave District.
