But another detail we want to make sure you notice is that undermount sink. Set under the level of the granite countertop, it’s quick and easy to clean up - no gummy grout or edge. And it’s a double sink, which is what all sinks should be for practicality’s sake. Sinks just shouldn’t face a wall without a window unless they absolutely must. It’s punishment for the dishwasher, and that’s not fair. The good news is you can look outside while you rinse dishes here, and there’s a dishwasher to help with the rest.
Primary Suite with Private Full Bath
At the west end of the rambler, find this primary suite with its private full bath. The other 3 bedrooms line the hallway at the east end of the house, so this room feels especially quiet, relaxing, and set-apart. And it’s roomy! Fort Steilacoom Park offers a huge off-leash park, a lake loop trail, playground, and acres of exploring. Okay, it might not be as exciting as waterfront views, golf courses, and beach parks, but having Sunny’s Market & Deli right up the street comes in really handy. Sunny’s is 1 minute away and keeps you from heading out to the larger grocery stores when you forget an ingredient or just really, really need some chips and ice cream. It happens.
